School Office

The office timetable is from 9am to 1pm & 3pm to 5pm Monday to Friday during the academic year.

During July it is from 9am to 2.30pm and the office is closed throughout the month of August.


ACADEMIC PROCESSES

Requests for Official Certificates (ESO, Baccalaureate, Vocational Education)

Requests should be made once the corresponding course has been completed and passed. This should be done through the school office and any fees due with respect to certificates should be paid through the terminals of SERVICAXA or by means of the payment portal of Caixabank.


Delivery of Official Certificates

Pupils will receive notification by post when the certificates are ready for collection from the School Office.

In order to collect the certificate, the pupil will have to present a valid National Identity Card or Passport and submit the payment receipt. If someone else collects the certificate instead then they must produce signed authorization and a photocopy of the ID card or passport of the student concerned.


Other Academic Certificates

Requests for other academic certificates can either be done in person at the school office or by telephone, 933 351 600, or by email, xaloc@xaloc.org indicating the reason for the request and the type of certificate required. The certificate will be available for collection from the School Office within 2 working days.


Civil Insurance

Xaloc has insurance policies contracted to cover pupils and staff at the school.

School Scholarships

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport offers each year through the regional Catalan government scholarships for the following courses:

- First and Second year of Baccalaureate.

- Vocational education in Intermediate and Higher grades.

- Professional artistic studies.

- Sports Studies.

- Religious Studies.

- Military studies.

- Language studies.

- Access and preparation courses for vocational training.

- Vocational training.
