Grading and improvements

At least once a course it is advisable to do an in-depth assessment of the EDC. It is necessary to review each of the planned activities and determine the degree of compliance with the indicators established based on the performance criteria.

In the same way, it is necessary to review the objectives established by the course and also determine the degree of achievement based on the impact indicators and performance criteria.

From there, the Centre's Digital Strategy Committee must begin a process of reflection. If this is one of the first courses to apply digital strategy, it may be necessary to review some of the objectives, either its definition or timing, or some of the activities.

If the EDC is reaching the end of its planning, it will be necessary to consider the diagnosis to update it. This review and update will imply a change in the objectives and activities.

The evaluation that will be carried out as a center with respect to the EDC that we have begun to develop and implement this course, will be annual, once each school year is finished.

In this annual evaluation process, it will be assessed at what point of implementation each of the proposed objectives are (if they have been achieved or are still in the work process). In those who are still in the work process, it will be assessed if the work that is being carried out is positive and will lead us towards the achievement of the objective or, on the contrary, if, on the contrary, modifications must be made in order to establish a new, more effective work guide that leads us to the achievement of said objective.

The digital commission of the Center will be in charge of carrying out this evaluation, together with the management of the Center. Subsequently, the established analysis will be presented to the Faculty so that they have knowledge of the process that is being carried out, as well as the modifications that have been established, if applicable. Ultimately, this analysis will be submitted to the School Board so that this information is also known to parents' representatives and the school's external bodies that make up the School Board.
