Xaloc, Xaloc FP and Pineda held their traditional Charity Chocolate Event on February 13, once again demonstrating the strong social commitment of their entire school communities.
The initiative aimed to raise funds for the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona, a leading pediatric center that promotes biomedical research in areas such as childhood cancer, rare diseases, and mental health disorders, while providing comprehensive care to children and young people with serious conditions.
The event was made possible thanks to the involvement of students, families, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as service personnel, who actively collaborated in organizing, preparing, and serving the chocolate. The festive and supportive atmosphere filled the school grounds, turning the day into a meaningful educational experience that reinforces values such as solidarity, empathy, and commitment to those most in need.
The leadership teams of Xaloc, Xaloc FP and Pineda expressed their gratitude for the generosity and participation of everyone who made this charitable initiative possible, which year after year continues to establish itself as a key event in the school calendar.
