The Farewell to an Important Chapter: The Academic Ceremony for the Presentation of Scholarships of the Cosmos II Class

18/05/2026

Last Friday, May 15, the 12th-grade students of the Cosmos II Class took part in the Academic Ceremony for the Presentation of Scholarships, symbolizing the end of one stage and the beginning of a new journey.

The afternoon began with a Thanksgiving Mass in the Xaloc chapel, in an atmosphere of reflection and gratitude, accompanied by their families and teachers. It was a simple yet meaningful moment to look back and give thanks for everything experienced throughout the years.

Afterwards, the students gathered one last time as a class for the scholarship presentation ceremony. The space that had so often hosted sports activities, theatrical performances, and educational events was transformed, for one afternoon, into the setting for their official farewell as Xaloc students.

Teachers, non-teaching staff, and family representatives actively participated in the presentation of the scholarships, turning the event into a shared celebration filled with memories, emotions, and gratitude. There were also heartfelt speeches from students, teachers, and family members, who wished to recognize the work accomplished and the bonds forged over all these years.

The Cosmos II Class has been a large, committed, and united group that has left a deep mark both in the classrooms and in the life of the school. The ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate the journey with pride while also looking toward the future with hope, enthusiasm, and responsibility.
