Throughout these tests, the students understood that companies not only look for candidates with outstanding qualifications and training according to the job but also value other abilities, especially those that tend to go unnoticed in the CV, as motivation, future expectations, and objectives in the professional field.
With these dynamics, we intend for students to understand the current world of work so that they are prepared for every situation.
