Today is a day of pride for the entire Xaloc educational community. The City Council of Hospitalet has recognized the ten students from the city who last year achieved a grade equal to or higher than 9 in the University Entrance Exams (PAU). Among them are three of our students: Víctor Villa, Hugo Franganillo, and Jordi Urós.
At the event, held at Espai Jove Ca n’Arús, Mayor David Quirós presented each of the young people with a diploma and encouraged them to continue working hard and to put their talent at the service of society. As a school, we experienced this recognition with great satisfaction, as it reflects the dedication, perseverance, and enthusiasm that our students have demonstrated over the years.
We also shared this special moment with their families and teachers, who have accompanied them along this journey and who today celebrate this collective achievement with us.
At Xaloc, we are convinced that effort pays off, and that stories like those of Víctor, Hugo, and Jordi inspire us to continue supporting all our students in their academic and personal growth.
They offered an image of Our Lady of Montserrat as a symbol of devotion and unity.
All secondary school students who took the Cambridge exams passed successfully, and two of them achieved “Grade A”, reaching the level of the First Certificate.
The Department of Education acknowledges his outstanding academic performance with one of the most important distinctions in the Catalan education system.
After a year of preparation, students who completed their final year of high school took part in rebuilding classrooms and experienced a meaningful and transformative volunteer trip at Saint Mary’s School.
An unforgettable week of bonding, games, outdoor activities, and moments to share emotions and grow personally in a safe, natural environment.
Two distinctions of honour for Víctor Villa (9.4) and Hugo Franganillo (9) with results above the regional average
