Perseverance and studying: the keys to success. Martín shares his experience on Aula L’H, while Miquel and his mother, Cristina, discuss it on the “¿Quieres aprender?” podcast

On 21 October, Martín Ruiz was interviewed by L’Hospitalet’s local television station on the programme Aula L’H, where he spoke about how studying during the final weeks before the university entrance exams was key to achieving good results. Martín achieved a grade of 9 in the PAU. He is currently pursuing a double degree in Law and Economics at Pompeu Fabra University. He highlighted that perseverance was one of the keys to his success, along with working consistently every day and revising in the months leading up to the exams, as this makes it easier to learn the syllabus and prepare for the university entrance tests. He also emphasised that support from both the school and classmates is essential during this period.

Meanwhile, Miquel Parisi, a former student of Avantis and Xaloc, and his mother, Cristina, a former student of Pineda, were interviewed on the school’s podcast “¿Quieres aprender?”. During the interview, they discussed important aspects such as discipline. Miquel is currently pursuing a double degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics at CFIS, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Higher Education, at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).

This recognition has extended far beyond the local community. On 5 October, L’Hospitalet recognised the two former Xaloc students for being among the eight students in the city who achieved the highest grades in the 2026 PAU exams. Subsequently, the Micole portal featured the story in its section dedicated to success stories from schools.
